Exhibitor contract is available at www.FamilyNewsSummit.com. Click on Exhibitor Contract and download the contract. Email the contract to ProgramDirector@FamilyNewsSummit.com and mail the original to Tradeshow: 12138 Central Avenue, Suite 255, Mitchellville, MD 20721. Payment can be sent in the mail with contract or pay on line at www.FamilyNewsSummit.com
Exhibitors: Ways to Advertise with Family News Summit
Marketing to the masses (approximately 3,000 to 5,000) through FamilyNewsRadio.com & Family News Summit can be a daunting task. What works best for one company, may not work as well for another. Our intention is to try to accommodate the varying needs. We have six unique marketing avenues: Advertise on Main Stage Signage, Souvenir book, Live Stage Presentations, Website Advertising, Live Radio Broadcast Advertisement and Event Bag inserts. Special packages are available to stretch your advertising dollars. See exhibitor contract for details.

Reservations by attendees and exhibitors must be received on or before, Saturday, June 1, 2010 (the “Cutoff Date”). At the Cutoff Date, Hotel will review the reservation pickup for the Event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether it can accept reservations based on a space and rate available basis at the Family New Service group rate after this date.

If you wish to make your reservation by phone, call 1-800-228-9290. Please be sure to inform them you belong to the “Family Summit Service Room Block” in order to receive the group discounted room rate of $99.00 plus tax per night.
*Room reservations MUST go through Marriott reservation services to receive the group rate. Family News Summit will not make any reservations. Room rate is separate from fee for exhibitor table.
What does the Exhibitor package include?
- Depending on your level of participation will determine what is included in your package. If you choose to purchase a table for event, you can upgrade to another package where the table is included. See exhibitor contract for details on the different packages we offer. Exhibitors will be provided with snacks and water to keep you energized throughout the entire event. Lunch will not be provided. There is a restaurant in the hotel for your convenience.
Family News Summit VIP Party for Exhibitors Only
We will have a VIP party for all the Exhibitors after the event. This is our way of saying “Thank you” for supporting our mission to make a difference in the lives of families. Without your support, we could not be a success. The VIP party will be upstairs in the same hotel as the Family News Summit. The VIP party will be from 4:00 to 5:30pm. We will have non-alcoholic beverages with appetizers for everyone to enjoy! Please RSVP your participation on the website.
